The Alta Agency
Monthly Reporting
At the end of every month I am responsible for reporting social, email, and google analytics metrics for five Alta Agency clients. We use these numbers to propose recommendations to the businesses we work with and to demonstrate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Client Acquisition
As we search for more businesses looking to expand their marketing efforts, I have researched members of my network to look for companies that align with the Alta mission. In doing so, I am reaching out to prospective clients to expand our book of business.
Project Management
Because The Alta Agency is a young business, the company is working to implement effective project management processes. Using Trello, I oversee the development of procedures to keep track of projects for each client in our portfolio. I work with each touchpoint from scoping, to delivering final products to clients.
Public Relations
In addition to using social media, The Alta Agency is leveraging press releases to advertise their offerings to the wider Phoenix area. I have authored media to promote the brand and to highlight the accomplishments of the agency's founders.
