As the Project Manager on the Red Door Internal Marketing team, I am responsible for ensuring deadlines are met, managing cross-functional teams, and having a growth mindset in regards to our program. I am managing a full-funnel brand campaign that encompasses paid media, creative development, and ABM strategy to promote the agency to our core targets
AI Integration
Leveraging AI in our content development process, I have improved efficiency for thought leadership production. I customized a GPT specific to our brand voice and tone to ensure consistency with other website collatoral and adhere to our agency brand guidelines.
Work Flow Improvements
Using Adobe WorkFront, I developed a bespoke task management plan to provide more transparency to team members and improve our work flows for day-to-day tasks.
Event Management
To represent the agency and our work, I regularly host student tours to give prospective talent an idea of what it is like to work at Red Door, fostering a strong standing in our local community.
